These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WPT Global AI application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by WPT Global AI ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, registering for, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, and your participation in online poker on any connected platform, is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. We do not offer the Service in territories where its use would violate local law.
WPT Global AI is a software assistant that analyzes hand data and provides real-time strategic suggestions while you play poker on supported third-party platforms, including WPT Global, PokerStars, PartyPoker, 888 Poker, BetOnline, and Full Tilt. The Service is provided as a decision-support tool; it does not play hands automatically on your behalf and does not guarantee any particular outcome, winnings, or win rate.
Access to certain features of the Service is provided on a "fuel" basis: fuel is consumed per hand played, at a rate determined by your stake level and the platform used, as described on our Pricing page. New accounts receive a limited amount of trial fuel free of charge.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.
When using the Service, you agree that you will not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without refund of unused fuel, at our discretion.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for WPT Global, PokerStars, PartyPoker, 888 Poker, BetOnline, Full Tilt, or any other platform referenced in connection with the Service. Your relationship with those platforms — including your account, deposits, and compliance with their rules — is governed solely by their own terms of service.
Use of assistance software may carry a risk of account restriction or closure on some platforms. You acknowledge and accept this risk when choosing to use the Service in connection with any third-party platform.
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by WPT Global AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that strategic suggestions will result in any particular outcome. Poker involves inherent financial risk, and you play at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WPT Global AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of funds, winnings, or account access, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any third-party platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for fuel in the three months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, without prior notice where circumstances warrant. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which WPT Global AI operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
